This beautiful, biodiverse 12 hectare local nature park forms part of a green corridor running from Rowton Moor almost to the River Dee. Caldy Nature Park holds the Greenflag Award.

Caldy Brook, a tributary to the River Dee, runs through the site – sometimes a kingfisher can be spotted fishing along the brook. Habitats include the brook, ponds and scrapes, woodland, reedbeds, orchard and wild flower meadow. There is a small rustic play area and plenty of open space to enjoy. The nature park benefits from a well maintained path network, numerous benches to pause and appreciate the surroundings and a picnic bench on Long Meadow.

The nature park is owned and managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council
