Come and join in this friendly fitness session designed for those young at heart who are keen to improve and maintain their health and fitness. Weights and resistance equipment are provided for sole use to improve strength and balance whilst music from the decades motivates us to improve our cardio fitness! With additional moves to improve co-ordination and flexibility, this a fantastic all round fitness session to improve your health and wellbeing.
