If there are any issues with Street Lights, please report to Cheshire West and Chester Council via this link and they’ll investigate it within 10 working days so that they can decide on the urgency and type of work involved.

They will repair faults as soon as possible, in most cases this will be within five days. Complex faults or problems relating to a third party, for example a problem with the electricity supply, may take longer.
